Jorge Saiz, New Ramón y Cajal Researcher at BCMaterials

We are happy to receive Jorge Saiz Galindo as new Ramón y Cajal Fellow, post-doctoral researcher in BCMaterials.
Dr. Saiz obtained his degree in Biology and his PhD at the University of Alcalá, in Madrid. During this time and, subsequently, at CSIC and the University San Pablo CEU, he specialized in using innovative chromatographic and mass spectrometry techniques for the study of several fields, such as Forensics, food contaminants or metabolomics in the study of biological problems.
At BCMaterials, Saiz will work to address the challenge of agricultural waste in the search of novel metabolomics-based valorization methods of residues following the principles of Circular Economy.
