BCMaterials, new member of the Basque Health Cluster

BCMaterials has signed the adhesion agreement to the Basque Health Cluster, an association for the representation, promotion, coordination and defense of the interests of Basque companies and research centers linked to the biosciences and health sector.

This is great news for our center, which joins the cluster with the aim of contributing its work and experience in the science of new materials, nanostructures and applications at the service of biomedicine and biotechnology, which is one of BCMaterials’ strategic research areas.

At the same time, belonging to and participating in this group will allow BCMaterials to create new synergies with the business and research centers in biosciences and health in the Basque Country, contribute to the technology transfer of our research and promote its internationalization.

Joining the Basque Health Cluster is another step in BCMaterials' policy of integration and joint work with companies and research centers from different sectors through participation in different clusters. Thus, for example, our center is also a member of the Functional Print Cluster and the Euskadi Paper Cluster. BCMaterials also foresees its incorporation into new associations of this type in the short and medium term.
