New VSM installed at BCMaterials
The new Microsense 2 Tesla Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) installed at BCMaterials is a versatile instrument of high resolution (1 µemu) large temperature scan (77-1000K) and easy operation.
The instrument is aimed to provide quick and reliable data on all magnetic materials synthesized and processed in BCMaterials, as Magnetic Shape Memory Alloys, Magnetic Nanoparticles, Nanostructured Magnetic Materials, Permanent Magnets and Advanced Magnetic Materials for Sensors. It will greatly improve the speed of operational procedures in most of the research lines of the center and add a singular capability for collaborative projects with other institutions.Related news
