Spring School on Magnetic Materials and Applications

BCMATERIALS will host the 1st edition of the Spring School on Materials, this year focused on Magnetic Materials and Applications. The School, from the 6th until the 10th of May 2013 will take place at BCMATERIALS in Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Bizkaia, Edificio 500, Derio (BIZKAIA).
The Spring School on Magnetic Materials and Applications will give a broad view on the most recent advances in the field. The lecturers have been choose among the most influential ones in their respective fields and the topics cover all aspects of the research in Magnetic Materials from basic concepts to applications in biomedicine, energy, magnetic recording, magnetocalorics, industry of science, etc., with special emphasis on nanomagnetism as a guiding line in many of them.
The School is aimed to postgraduate students and young researchers in Materials Sciences, as well as to professionals that want to update their knowledge.
